EMMY AWARD-WINNING EDITOR JOHN MOORE JOINS ALPHADOGS
Industry Veteran Adds His Skills to the Talented AlphaDogs Team
January 28, 2003—Burbank, Calif.—
AlphaDogs, Inc., a post-production
studio focused on keeping clients “ahead of the pack,” today announced
the appointment of Emmy™ Award-winner John Moore as senior editor.
Moore’s distinguished background spans more than a decade of experience in editing and post production for various television, cable and syndicated programs. Moore will be responsible for online editing duties at AlphaDogs, including such projects as Homes Across America and House Hunters (both on Home & Garden Network).
As the new senior editor, Moore joins a team of respected industry experts at AlphaDogs, including Terence Curren, president and chief editor; Liz Flush, general manager; and Russell Frazier, vice president of graphics technologies.

Moore’s Expertise Makes Him a ‘Top Dog’
Moore’s industry accolades include two local Emmy nominations for editing
Eye on L.A. from 1985-1986; a national Emmy Award for Technical Achievement, Lillehammer
Olympics in 1994; and the Academy of Television Arts and Science Frank O’Conner
Award, Information/Magazine format category, for Pee Wee Motocross in 1984.
Moore was also one of the original technical directors for Channel One, a pioneering program that was syndicated nationally to high schools over its own satellite distribution network in 1990. At Channel One, Moore oversaw the installation of studio and editing facilities, where he technically directed and edited the pilot program.
Moore’s credits include Olympic videotape editor from 1992-1998, where he edited numerous summer and winter Olympic events during the Albertville, Atlanta, Barcelona, Lillehammer and Nagano Olympics.
More recently, Moore has edited various television and cable projects, including the A&E Biography series, How’d They Do That?, MTV News, Sightings, Supermarket Sweeps game show and Win Ben Stein’s Money.
Moore holds a bachelor of arts from University of California, Los Angeles, cum laude in motion pictures/television.
