Event to focus on Apple’s new storage area network for post-production

The Editors’ Lounge will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, January 28, and is free and open to editors. Apple’s Doug Cunningham will discuss the Xsan™ file system software for post-production professionals using Mac OS X and Mark Raudonis, director of post-production, Bunim-Murray Productions, will review the new software.
Earlier this month, Raudonis stated that, “Xsan is the holy grail of shared storage for Final Cut Pro.” Raudonis’ projects have included MTV’s The Real World and Road Rules and FOX’s The Simple Life.
