ALPHADOGS’ ‘EDITORS’ LOUNGE’ TO FEATURE SONY’S XPRI POST SYSTEM
Event provides a key discussion venue for trends in production and post-production
May 10, 2004—Burbank, Calif.—
AlphaDogs, Inc., a post-production studio focused on keeping clients “ahead of the
pack,” has announced the topic of its May 2004 Editors’ Lounge event.
The Editors’ Lounge will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 21, and is free and open to editors. At the event, Mike Buday, a technology developer, will demonstrate and discuss Sony’s XPRI system for post-production. The system, prominently featured in Sony’s booth at the recent NAB conference, has been enhanced to include a number of new features for nonlinear editing.
To attend, call 818-729-9262 x100 or send email to sharon@alphadogs.tv. All Editors’ Lounge events are held at AlphaDogs’ headquarters: 1612 West Olive, Suite 200, Burbank, Calif.
AlphaDogs founded the Editors’ Lounge events in fall of 2003 to help professionals in the production and post-production industries exchange ideas, discuss trends and learn about new technologies. The gatherings provide an informal environment for discussion, and allow editors to have their questions addressed objectively—without a sales pitch.
